Term & Conditions

1. All works shall commence only upon receipt of clients' written confirmation and deposit.


2. Please be informed that a 10% deposit would be required to confirm any bookings. 40% two (2) months before the actual date. 40% two (2) weeks before the actual date. The balance of 10% must be paid once the job(s) is completed or delivered.


3. We regret to inform you that any deposit and payment that have been made is non-refundable if any cancellation is made.


4. All the prices shown are for Tanah Merah area only. For outside Tanah Merah, additional transportation & accomodation charges are needed, depends on location wise.


5. Pricing presented on this blog or other written contract is for reference. Should there be any changes made by us or by agreed terms and conditions, reviews on pricing will be performed.


6. All information in this blog are subject to change without prior notice.


7. All terms and conditions to be applied upon confirmation of booking fee.
